SugarHigh is expanding! Thank you for all the support! SugarRush, our new sweets shop will be open asap! Also located in the Frankenmuth River Place Shops (where SugarHigh is located) SugarRush will be right around the corner in Suite G3. Come check us out! You won't be dissapointed!

Adam and Heather just got back from a week in Charlotte, NC and had a blast learning all about gelato, including theory and technical training in the production, decoration and serving of premium authentic gelato and sorbetto. They each passed with flying colors and can't wait to share what they've learned with all of you! Keep an eye out on Facebook for exciting changes in the bakery!

We have purchased another LARGE display for the front of the bakery. That means more cupcakes!! :) Come check out all the new flavors! We also are in the works to extending our product line to include full cheesecakes, French macarons and dessert cakes!

SugarHigh has been in business for just over 8 months now! Wow! It has been a lot of fun and we've learned a lot! We've met a lot of great people and made many new friends! It has been an honor to be a part of so many people's special events. To better serve you, we have decided to specialize in fondant covered cakes for a few reasons. There has been a steep increase in demand of fondant cakes and talented sugar artists are scarce. We love the medium and there are so many fun things you can do with it that you cannot do with buttercream. Dont get us wrong, we love good old fashioned buttercream too; so we now torte our cakes so you get four layers of cake and three layers of frosting in every bite. Fondant is an addition to, not instead of. (Sculpted and/or topsy-turvy cakes can vary the layers of cake/frosting.) We offer you to try our fondant any time - not all fondant is created equal and we pride our self in offering the highest quality fondant on the market. We are excited for you all to take this journey with us - and we challenge you to test our creativity! Let us eat cake!
